1. Enter name and e-mail address
   Enter your name and your e-mail address in the relevant boxes.
2. Select challenge category
   Using the dropdown menu, select one of the challenge categories.
3. Select challenge
   Now select a challenge and choose one of the upload options.
4. Upload photo file (JPEG/PNG) or video link
   Click on UPLOAD PHOTO or UPLOAD VIDEO and upload the photo file or video link.
   Repeat steps 2 to 4 for each of the 22 challenges you have chosen.
5. Send//Submit
   Accept the privacy policy and the competition rules/terms and conditions and click on the SEND//SUBMIT button.

Important: please only submit the form when you have entered your name, e-mail address and proof that you have completed ALL your challenges. Partial uploads or saving the form so you can finish filling it out later is not possible! 

You can upload photos and/or screenshots as JPEG/JPG or PNG files.

You can only upload videos as video links.

Please read the information in sections 3 and 4 carefully before uploading your photos and/or videos.

Take photos or screenshots with your smartphone to prove that you have completed your challenges. When you have completed all your challenges, go to the Upload Area.
Follow the instructions in the steps above and then select the Upload photo option.
Now click on Select file and select the photo you want to upload from your photo folder.

Repeat these steps until you have filled the entire form with proof that you have completed your 22 challenges.

You can also combine the options, uploading photos for some challenges and videos for others.

Important: please only submit the form when you have entered your name, e-mail address and proof that you have completed ALL your challenges. Partial uploads or saving the form so you can finish filling it out later is not possible! 

The only way to submit your video is to send us a video link. There are several ways to do this.

You can upload your videos to YouTube, Facebook or Instagram. Copy the relevant video link and enter it in the section for the relevant challenge in the form in the Upload Area.

You can also upload your videos to Dropbox or Google Drive. Then copy the video link and enter it in the relevant place in the form in the Upload Area.

Important: the link must work and we must be able to access the video without any special permission/authorisation.

When you have completed all your challenges and saved the relevant videos, go to the Upload Area.

First, complete steps 1-3 that are mentioned in the first section of the FAQ. Now click on the Upload video option and enter the link in the relevant line.

Repeat these steps until you have filled the entire form with proof that you have completed your 22 challenges.

Log in to your Google Drive account and upload the videos of your completed challenge(s).

Select the field Get link in the upper tab of the folder. In the new window, click on the Restricted button and change it to Anyone with the link.
Now click on the drop-down menu Viewer and change this to Editor.

Copy the relevant video link and enter it in the form.

Now repeat this step for every challenge video in Google Drive.

Log in to your Dropbox account and click on +Create and then Folder to create a new folder. Upload your videos of your completed challenge(s) to this folder.

Click on the Upload button and start to upload your videos from your device.

Select a video file. Click on the button with the three dots … and then on Copy link. Copy the video link and enter it in the form in the Upload Area.

Please repeat this step for every challenge video in your Dropbox.

Log in to your YouTube account and upload the video(s) of your completed challenge(s). You can do this by clicking on the button with the video camera in the top right-hand corner.
Select Upload video and start the upload.

As soon as the videos have been uploaded, copy the relevant link for each video and enter it in the form.

Please note: your videos must be public, so that we can access them.

Log in to your Instagram account and upload the videos of your completed challenge(s) to your account. To do this, go to your profile and click on + (the plus symbol) and create an entry.

Now select the relevant video and upload it.

As soon as you have uploaded a video, just copy the link and enter it in the form.

Please note: do not use a story or a reel! Your Instagram account must be public so that we can access the video.

Log in to your Facebook account and upload the videos of your completed challenge(s) to your account. To do this, use the Videos tab in your profile. Then click on the Button Add Photos/Upload Videos.

As soon as your video has been uploaded, just copy the link and enter it in the form.
